Many restaurants in town serve steak for meat-hungry diners. However, nobody has served a steak like the ones at the new SHe by Morton’s that has taken over Eva Longoria’s former restaurant Beso and nightclub Eve in Crystals at MGM’s CityCenter.

The grand opening is this Super Bowl XLVII weekend, and steak has never been so sizzling or sexy. Sunday’s big-game salute features Tony Cordasco hosting the Alter Ego party with DJ Eric D-Lux. Mobius 8 presents the opening Black and Gold Masquerade Party along with headliners Chris Garcia and Crooked.

The food is delicious, but you’ll take your eyes off the plate when Daisy, the long-legged contortionist, performs on the runway that snakes through the center of the tables. A gorgeous masked woman on stilts might just bend over to tickle your chin with her long feathers!

It could be a scene from “Eyes Wide Shut” as a stunning DJ plays music for the costumed women in cotton candy bras and lacy lingerie cavorting on the catwalk. Check out the YouTube video of the photo shoot.

Upstairs in the nightclub, it’s difficult to believe, but the action created by legendary Strip producer Jeff Kutash is even wilder. Athletic acrobats leap from a ceiling catwalk through a curtain of water onto a trampoline, and a bevy of beauties re-create James Bond’s curvy creatures in a knockout dance routine.

SHe has married fine food and a nightclub with theatrical action to strike out against the competition with something different and unique. Longtime Las Vegas nightlife experts Shannon Dupont and Cory McCormack have teamed with Steve Gogolab, Golden Nuggett chief Tilman Fertitta and Eva on the stunning space.
