Magician Criss Angel has offered a $5,000 reward for the recovery of four puppies stolen from the pet store Prince and Princess Puppies & Boutique -- his new teacup Yorkshire terrier was among the four stolen.

Criss, the Magician of the Century, had left the puppy in the care of owner Gloria Lee as he took off for a weeklong vacation in Mexico that began today. Criss purchased the puppy days ago to replace the loss of his puppy Dini.

Gloria said: “I’m very upset and concerned for the well being of all four of the young puppies that were stolen [Sunday] night in the robbery, which happened just before midnight.

“These puppies are like babies. They need special care and supervision, and, if not, their well being could deteriorate rapidly.”

Criss, who stars in Cirque du Soleil’s “Believe” at the Luxor, asks if anybody has information to contact Metro Police at (702) 828-3573.

Criss told friends at the Luxor: “We have to find these puppies. We have to catch these people. This could be devastating.”

Criss Angel survives 'the most dangerous and frightening thing I’ve ever done in my life'

June 18, 2013 • 2:25 p.m.

For 10 nail-biting minutes, several thousand people stood in total silence and watched magician Criss Angel inch his way, blindfolded, across two steel beams swaying 50 feet in the air. This was no illusion for the “Believe” star. No tricks, nothing hidden, no sleight of hand or wizardry to divert attention. The "Mindfreak" star, who is shooting a new series of one-hour specials for Spike TV, was in full view of the audience members, who stopped shopping at the Fashion Show mall on the Strip.
