Business has been so good for “Peepshow” at Planet Hollywood starring Coco Austin that producers are hoping she’ll stay longer than her current 15-week contract. They met Monday to see if she will renew and for how long.

Coco previously told me that she’d like to return to the show after her planned March exit date under two conditions: 1) any prolonged Las Vegas stay doesn’t affect her East Coast-based marriage to husband Ice-T, who films “Law & Order: Special Victims Unit” there, and 2) that she can complete the designs and furnishings for their new home in New Jersey before resuming “Peepshow.” (The couple celebrated their 12th anniversary and hosted New Year’s Eve at LAX in the Luxor here.)

An insider privy to the negotiations told me: “The producers would like her to continue. She would like to continue. Now it’s a matter of ensuring that the jigsaw puzzle pieces fit together to keep everybody happy.”

* Donny & Marie Osmond have agreed to extend their headline contract at the Flamingo through the end of the year. It will be the fifth year for the brother and sister duo at the casino hotel, which announced the new deal today.

“Donny and I are thrilled to have extended our residency here at Flamingo Las Vegas, which has become a wonderful second home to us,” said Marie in a news release. “Who knew that when we first signed a limited six-week engagement back in 2008 that it would turn into a multi-year run! It is a dream come true for us.”

“When we first wanted to return to Vegas and were looking for showrooms, I saw the one at the Flamingo and immediately knew that this was it, this was the one. It was traditional Vegas, and it was intimate enough, yet big enough to support a larger production show. It was a perfect fit,” Donny said.

“We couldn’t be more thrilled to extend Donny & Marie’s run at Flamingo Las Vegas,” said Rick Mazer, president. “Not only are Donny & Marie some of the Strip’s most popular entertainers, but they’ve truly become part of our family. We’re proud and honored to have them call the Flamingo ‘home,’ and we know their fans will be just as ecstatic to learn they’ll have the opportunity to see them perform here throughout the year.”

* Rumblings of the musical “The Book of Mormon” possibly coming to The Venetian continue. The touring company has set dates for a run at The Smith Center for the Performing Arts Downtown in 2014, but there’s hope that an earlier version can slot into the former “Phantom -- the Las Vegas Spectacular” at the casino hotel. Broadway producers and Venetian executives knowledgeable about the talks say “it would be very nice” if they can pull off that coup.

Meantime, Human Nature open their Venetian show on Jan. 19, “America’s Got Talent” returns to the adjoining sister casino hotel Palazzo with a new lineup Jan. 29, and the musical “Priscilla, Queen of the Desert” will get a three-month run there this summer.
