It’s no illusion! Congratulations look to be in order mid-month when magic headliners Penn and Teller celebrate their 20th anniversary in Las Vegas. They first performed at Bally's in 1993 and began their run at the Rio in 2001; Jan. 14 marks the 20th-year milestone.

I’m hearing reliable rumors that the two outrageous illusionists will get a massive six-year contract extension to take them through the off-Strip property through Dec. 31, 2018.

When signed, sealed and delivered, it will be one of the longest -- if not the longest -- contract extension in Las Vegas magic showbiz history with a total 26-year headline run. And, incredibly, Teller still hasn’t spoken a word!

Penn Jillette appears on Donald Trump’s upcoming “Celebrity Apprentice: All-Stars” on NBC raising more money for our beloved charity Opportunity Village.

I also am hearing very reliable rumors that The Venetian will soon confirm a contract extension for country superstars Tim McGraw and Faith Hill and their “Soul2Soul.” All are “very happy” with how it’s all worked out, so expect a new deal and dates shortly.

Criss Angel survives 'the most dangerous and frightening thing I’ve ever done in my life'

June 18, 2013 • 2:25 p.m.

For 10 nail-biting minutes, several thousand people stood in total silence and watched magician Criss Angel inch his way, blindfolded, across two steel beams swaying 50 feet in the air. This was no illusion for the “Believe” star. No tricks, nothing hidden, no sleight of hand or wizardry to divert attention. The "Mindfreak" star, who is shooting a new series of one-hour specials for Spike TV, was in full view of the audience members, who stopped shopping at the Fashion Show mall on the Strip.
