Adult-film legend Tabitha Stevens celebrated her 43rd birthday with a bash on the actual night of her birthday at Crazy Horse III Gentlemen’s Club in Las Vegas on Saturday night. The brunette bombshell turned heads on the red carpet in a low-cut metallic mini-dress bedazzled with gold spikes, sky-high stilettos and a turquoise birthday tiara.
The AVN Hall of Famer’s birthday group included her husband Gary and adult-film star Taylor Stevens, and she was presented with a three-tier Moulin Rouge- and leopard-themed birthday cake. Stevens enjoyed Three Olives Cake Vodka with pineapple juice in a hot-pink martini glass and blew kisses at adoring fans throughout the night.
While partying into the early morning hours, the birthday girl hopped on Twitter to share, “I’m at @CrazyHorse3LV for my birthday! Come see me!” Thanks to Scott Harrison for his photo gallery of the birthday celebration.
