Reggae and alternative rock musician and singer Matthew Paul Miller, more commonly known as Matisyahu, took to the Paradise Pool stage for the summer-long poolside series Soundwaves at the Hard Rock Hotel on Saturday night, and contributing photographer Erik Kabik was onsite for this terrific photo gallery.

Saturday night’s set list for Matisyahu, who kept it very casual in jeans, a white T-shirt and shades: “Crossroads,” “Sunshine,” “Time,” “Darkness,” “Live Like Warrior,” “Youth,” “Struggla,” “Jerusalem,” “King” and “One Day.”

Grammy Award-nominated Matisyahu, 33, is known for mixing traditional Jewish themes, reggae, rock, hip hop and even a little beat boxing -- and for his 2005 hit “King Without a Crown,” which oddly wasn’t part of his set list Saturday night.
