Fans of Pink’s Hot Dogs have yet another reason to line up for the famous franks: A second Las Vegas location will open at Red Rock Resort this winter, according to an announcement today from Las Vegas-based hospitality company Block 16.

The iconic Los Angeles-based hot dog stand opened its first Las Vegas outpost at Planet Hollywood’s Miracle Mile Shops in 2009.

Pink’s Red Rock location will replace Turf Grill, filling a 2,000 square foot restaurant space located near the resort-casino’s poker room and race and sports book.

The menu will largely mirror that of the Planet Hollywood eatery, offering classics like the Poli-Bacon Chili Cheeseburger, the Guadalajara Dog and Pink’s signature chili dog and chili cheese fries, as well as vegetarian options. The new location will be open daily.

Today’s announcement marks the latest addition to Block 16’s local restaurant portfolio, which includes the popular Holsteins Shakes and Buns at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, the Barrymore in the Royal Resort and Public House at the Venetian, all of which opened in 2011.

The company, founded in 2006 by local entrepreneur Billy Richardson and chef Anthony Meidenbauer, also owns and operates Pink’s Planet Hollywood location, LBS Burger, LBS Patty Wagon food truck and Gallery Nightclub at Planet Hollywood.
