If I hadn’t checked my watch and iPhone calendar, it could’ve been New Year’s Eve, and it’s going to be like that now every Saturday when Lavo at the Palazzo continues Season 2 of its Champagne Brunch -- at least until the pools reopen next spring.

There were girls on stilts and in masks, pink tutus and ripped t-shirts, and those were just the gorgeous servers. The brunch bunch was even wilder with $1,800 magnums of rose wine, prompting questions of disbelief in my group:

Just how high can mini-skirts go? Just how high can stilettos go? Just how brief can booty shorts be? Just how low can tops be cut?

When they danced on the tables after fueling up with the food feast, they even showed off their lingerie, garters and stockings with nary a blush. They shared bottles of champagne without bothering with flutes or straws.

It was a four-hour bacchanal with DJ Lema and included four girls taking a bath on a raised stage overlooking the merriment. The photos tell a better story than I can ever write.

For added insanity, one host dressed in an animal suit -- a panda? -- blasted shots of cloudy air to cool down the revelry. Cannons sent thousands of glittering confetti strips into the air as balloons reigned down on the party people.

Now that the daytime pool clubs have shuttered with the arrival of cooler weather, the fun intensifies inside so that nobody has to miss a beat. Watch for this phenomenon to expand across our city; next up is Saturday’s opening of Season 2 of GhostBar DayClub at the Palms.

Any excuse for rolling out of bed from Friday’s all-night-long hijinx at 2 p.m. to start anew, then at 6 p.m. shower to get ready for the new night of carousing. It’s nearly nonstop and around the clock in Las Vegas!

JENNIFER MORRISON AT LAVO

Later that night at Lavo, actress Jennifer Morrison celebrated the bachelorette party of her friend Lauren Whelan. The ladies dined at the Italian hotspot before making their way upstairs to the boutique nightclub, where Lauren was surprised with a three-tier cake with a diamond ring accessory atop it.

Also at Lavo, former Disney star Nicholas Braun (“Red State”) enjoyed dinner with a small group of friends. Thanks to Al Powers of Powers Imagery for his photo gallery of Jennifer, her bride-to-be gal pal and friends.
