Kardashian fans were on the search for Lamar Odom’s wife Khloe Kardashian-Odom at the Los Angeles Clippers game against the Denver Nuggets at Mandalay Bay Events Center on Saturday, but she was home waiting for her husband who today travels to Beijing and Shanghai for two preseason games against the Miami Heat.

Lamar gave me a thumbs-up signal with his bandaged hand, but Khloe isn’t expected to make the seven-day trip with him. Chris Paul, who hosted the Baller’s Ball at Tao in the Venetian on Friday, was on the injured list and didn’t play in the 106-104 loss to Denver.

More than 6,000 fans turned out in the reconfigured arena, and the game was a thriller at the final buzzer as the two teams were tied at the two-minute mark. Refs were so divided over the final .10-second buzzer throw that they had to go to the TV cameras for a replay before giving the win to Denver.

It was billed as the first-ever NBA game on the Strip, but we uncovered the fact that in 1981, the Los Angeles Lakers played the Philadelphia 76ers at the then Aladdin Theater, now Planet Hollywood’s PH Live. The Lakers play the Sacramento Kings on Oct. 19 at Thomas & Mack Arena.

Criss Angel survives 'the most dangerous and frightening thing I’ve ever done in my life'

June 18, 2013 • 2:25 p.m.

For 10 nail-biting minutes, several thousand people stood in total silence and watched magician Criss Angel inch his way, blindfolded, across two steel beams swaying 50 feet in the air. This was no illusion for the “Believe” star. No tricks, nothing hidden, no sleight of hand or wizardry to divert attention. The "Mindfreak" star, who is shooting a new series of one-hour specials for Spike TV, was in full view of the audience members, who stopped shopping at the Fashion Show mall on the Strip.
