Oscar-winning couple Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones brought their kids to Nathan Burton’s comedy magic show at the Flamingo. Nathan chose their son Dylan to be his onstage volunteer for a prediction trick.

Backstage while posing for photographs, Michael chatted with Nathan and his crew about currently filming the Liberace film for HBO here. Michael and Catherine plan to take the kids to Criss Angel’s “Believe” at the Luxor on Thursday.

Catherine also had lunch today with a friend at Wolfgang Puck Pizzeria & Cucina at Crystals in CityCenter and enjoyed a prosciutto pizza.

The “American Idol” Season 5 winner wanted a send-off before rushing to Reno and then to Tampa, Fla., for the 2012 Republican National Convention.

Fret not, as solid rumors abound that Taylor will win an extension at Bally’s, and we’ve already reported that he’ll entertain the tourism salute here for the hospitality industry next month.

Rio headliners Penn & Teller were at UMC Trauma and Burn Care Center today providing get well magic to patients in intensive care. Rio’s parent company Caesars Entertainment partners with UMC in donating coins from the front fountains of Caesars Palace to TBCC.
