Tycoon and reality TV star Kim Kardashian celebrated her 31st birthday at Marquee Nightclub at The Cosmopolitan last night overlooking The Strip into this morning’s early hours. The bombshell birthday brunette was joined by new husband Kris Humphries of the New Jersey Nets, her sister Khloe and her husband Lamar Odom of the Los Angeles Lakers, mom Kris Jenner (minus her husband Bruce Jenner) and Kim’s former Dancing With the Stars partner Mark Ballas.

The Keeping Up With the Kardashians family was mobbed by fans when they reached Marquee after enjoying signature Italian dishes in the private dining room at Lavo in the Palazzo, where they toasted her birthday with Midori Sour cocktails and champagne.

It was a frenzied scene with hundreds of fans screaming Kim’s name from across the casino floors at both hotels. The red carpet literally lit up the night erupting in a flashbulb fury with her family looking on cheering the excitement. To the delight of many admirers, after the posing and preening for the photographers, the always gorgeous Kim, in a body-hugging, peek-a-boo-see-through white mini dress, stopped and signed autographs and photos that fans had brought to the birthday celebration before she headed into Marquee.

Recent newlyweds Kim and Kris held hands listening to the sounds of DJ Cedric Gervais from a VIP table on the dance floor. The birthday beauty got on the mic thanking the DJ and asking, “Cedric, turn it up! " She was all smiles and laughter with her birthday cake from Gimme Some Sugar, which showed the happy couple in a white Ferrari with a custom Kardashian logo on the car. (She'd treated herself to a real one in L.A. last week in advance of the Las Vegas celebration.)

Shortly after midnight, Kim and crew got a hip-hop fix from DJ Lema in Marquee’s Boom Box Room. Khloe and Lamar danced affectionately and then she got on the mic to have the room sing “Happy Birthday” to her sister.

Thanks to photographer Denise Truscello, who flew back from her London assignment with Caesars Palace headliner singer Matt Goss at Royal Albert Hall, to capture Kim’s party and these great photos. Thanks also to Scott Harrison for his red carpet images.

Also spotted at Marquee: Actor Jim Belushi, who stopped by around 2 a.m. today to check out the hotspot and enjoy the waning moments of Kim’s celebration.

Criss Angel survives 'the most dangerous and frightening thing I’ve ever done in my life'

June 18, 2013 • 2:25 p.m.

For 10 nail-biting minutes, several thousand people stood in total silence and watched magician Criss Angel inch his way, blindfolded, across two steel beams swaying 50 feet in the air. This was no illusion for the “Believe” star. No tricks, nothing hidden, no sleight of hand or wizardry to divert attention. The "Mindfreak" star, who is shooting a new series of one-hour specials for Spike TV, was in full view of the audience members, who stopped shopping at the Fashion Show mall on the Strip.
