The Minus5 Ice Lounges at Mandalay Bay and Monte Carlo always like to go big, and in honor of Las Vegas regular Kim Kardashian’s recent engagement to New Jersey Nets star Kris Humphries, the ice carvers created a stunning replica of her 20-plus-carat engagement ring.

Made entirely from ice, it weighs nearly 500 pounds and will be on display at the two ice bars all year long. Admire it while sipping a Kim-inspired Belvedere cocktail named Ice, Ice, Baby? featuring Belvedere Raspberry vodka, pineapple juice and coconut.
