ABC has just released the first official photos of rock icon Vince Neil rehearsing on ice here in Las Vegas for the Nov. 22 premiere of Skating With the Stars. The series debuts as a 2-hour special after the winner of Season 11’s Dancing With the Stars takes home the prized and coveted disco trophy ball.

Las Vegas resident and Motley Crue frontman Vince has been putting in 5 to 6 hours of daily rehearsals here. I was at Las Vegas Ice Arena watching Vince hard at work and was amazed at his diligence and dedication. I was freezing after 20 minutes, and he was out on the ice for hours! I didn’t see him fall once, and I was impressed by his moves and the dance routine rehearsals.

Even while away this weekend, Vince will be studying, working out and exercising onboard the ShipRocked Cruise to the Bahamas from Fort Lauderdale. He’ll fly from the East Coast tomorrow to be back on ice rehearsing tomorrow night at the ice castle set in L.A. built alongside DWTS, which has its semifinals Monday.

ABC reported that Vernon Kay of Million Dollar Mind Game, and one of Britain’s most popular TV hosts, and Olympian Tanith Belbin, the most decorated U.S. ice dancer in history, will serve as host and color commentator for SWTS.

Additionally, ABC announced the pro skaters paired with the celebrities: The Real Housewives of New York star Bethenny Frankel and Ethan Burgess; Disney TV star Brandon Mychal Smith and Keauna McLaughlin; Olympian Jonny Moseley and Brooke Castile; soap star Rebecca Budig and Fred Palascak; actress Sean Young and Denis Petukhov; and Vince with Jennifer Wester.

The six pairs take to the ice with their pro partners for the first time in front of a live audience, with the couples performing dancing moves and figure skating routines. The pair with the lowest ranking after the judges’ scores and votes from TV viewers will be sent home the following week.

Vegas DeLuxe will have action photos and reports on the weekly ice adventures of hometown hero Vince as the debut season gets underway.

Criss Angel survives 'the most dangerous and frightening thing I’ve ever done in my life'

June 18, 2013 • 2:25 p.m.

For 10 nail-biting minutes, several thousand people stood in total silence and watched magician Criss Angel inch his way, blindfolded, across two steel beams swaying 50 feet in the air. This was no illusion for the “Believe” star. No tricks, nothing hidden, no sleight of hand or wizardry to divert attention. The "Mindfreak" star, who is shooting a new series of one-hour specials for Spike TV, was in full view of the audience members, who stopped shopping at the Fashion Show mall on the Strip.
