Superstar singer Mariah Carey has arrived at the Palms and begun her rehearsals at The Pearl Concert Theater to prepare for her limited-engagement run, which begins this Friday. This is the first time Mariah has played such an intimate venue, and fans are abuzz about the show.

Mariah will perform her limited run this Friday and Saturday. She will return in a month’s time for two additional concerts Oct. 9 and 10.

Our leading lady of the lens Denise Truscello captured these great photos when she was invited to sit in on rehearsals this week. Legendary Debbie Allen, who is directing and choreographing Mariah’s show, also attended rehearsals.

There are a limited amount of tickets still remaining for the shows, with prices at $129, $179 and $254. Tickets can be purchased at any Ticketmaster location -- call (800) 745-3000 or go to Ticketmaster.com -- and at LiveNation.com.
