Natalie Cole undergoes kidney transplant and cancels concert at M Resort

Singer Natalie Cole underwent a kidney transplant in Los Angeles yesterday and as a result has canceled her weekend performance here. Natalie was due to appear Saturday at The M Resort as the first entertainer of the summer season.

Doctors have advised Natalie to postpone her summer tour dates while she recuperates over the next several months. Anybody who has purchased tickets for the show will be able to obtain a full refund at point of purchase.

“We wish her all the best,” said M Resort Chairman and CEO Anthony A. Marnell III. “We look forward to having Natalie at The M Resort in the future.”
