Actress Lindsay Lohan scowled and smiled when she walked the red carpet this afternoon at MGM’s Wet Republic to promote a new product and celebrate her 23rd birthday early.

Lindsay showed up nearly 45 minutes late for her paid appearance to help promote her new tanning mist. The redheaded actress in white cutoff shorts bared her belly button under a black top, and bright red-painted toenails played peek-a-boo through open-toed black shoes.

She was not accompanied by her on-off again girlfriend DJ Samantha Ronson. Insiders say that romance has now ended for good! Lindsay turns 23 on July 2.

Here are Scott Harrison’s first photos, and we’ll have the full photo gallery right here at Vegas DeLuxe on Monday morning.
