Photo Galleries: Aerosmith and ZZ Top rock MGM Grand
Aerosmith performs live at the MGM Grand Garden Arena.
Contributing photographer Tom Donoghue shot these two extraordinary photo galleries for Vegas DeLuxe when rock legends Aerosmith and ZZ Top played at the MGM Grand Garden Arena on Saturday night.
Said Tom: “It was a unique shoot because I felt the real passion, pain and love through the camera as the guys performed. I decided to shoot some black and white because of the passion that came from the music. The musicians gave me the same intense experience as to when I filmed the riders at the rodeo, giving it their all and not holding back anything. That’s intensity and true passion.
“This Aerosmith concert was incredible, and the memory of seeing and hearing it live will remain with me as a lifelong experience. I wanted my photos to capture that same feeling for people looking at them who were unable to get there.”
