Karissa and Kristina Shannon to make first solo trip to Las Vegas

Bunny alert! Hugh Hefner’s newest matching gal pals the sexy Shannon twins are headed to Las Vegas for the weekend, and the hutch’s head honcho won’t be here looking after them! Karissa and Kristina Shannon will hop here in less than 48 hours and have the town all abuzz!

First stop on Friday from 2 to 4 p.m. will be at the Playboy store in the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace for an autograph session of the first-combined July/August issue of the magazine, which features them on the cover as Playmates of the Month.

This is the pictorial that our Peepshow star Holly Madison worked on as a photo editor before she departed The Playboy Mansion last fall and moved here. It’s expected that she’ll meet up with the Shannon twins, both 19, this weekend and invite them to see her burlesque cabaret at Planet Hollywood.

The Shannon twins, who will be featured on the new fall season of The Girls Next Door, also will make two special appearances while staying at the Palms this weekend. They will appear Friday and Saturday nights at the Playboy Comedy shows there.

Nevada gaming age restrictions will prevent them from celebrating in the casino or at The Playboy Club itself, but catch them at Playboy Comedy or Caesars. It’s your first opportunity in Las Vegas to get up close and personal without the boss being around -- and to see just why they’re the hot current twosome on his arms.

Don’t fret for the Playboy prince: He’s got a nice quiet weekend planned at home in Holmby Hills, Calif., with main squeeze 22-year-old Crystal Harris!
