Michael Phelps jumps back into endorsement work

Olympic gold medal swimmer Michael Phelps arrives in Las Vegas today hard on the heels of his three-month suspension by the United States Olympic Committee. I’m told that he’ll fly well under the radar and hardly be seen.
Michael’s trip follows British front-page tabloid publication of cell phone photographs of him apparently inhaling from a marijuana pipe at a South Carolina party last November.
“He will be on his best behavior,” I was told. Michael has been a regular visitor to Vegas recently and has said he’s been taking poker lessons from the pros in order to compete in this year’s World Series of Poker.
It is believed that this visit is a corporate commercial endorsement appearance for a major computer company and not connected with his poker ambitions.
