Chef Emeril Lagasse and the Palazzo have announced that Lagasse’s Stadium will be opening this fall in the venue that once occupied Jay-Z’s Club 40/40 and most recently The Sportsbook Bar & Grill. Inspired by two of Emeril’s lifelong passions -- cooking and sports -- Lagasse’s Stadium will be a sports and entertainment venue where patrons can dine, watch and play.

Custom sports viewing walls with nearly 100 high-definition screens will provide access to nearly every major college and professional sporting event. Lagasse’s Stadium will be Emeril’s third project with the Palazzo and adjoining Venetian; the previous two are Delmonico Steakhouse and Table 10.

“As a longtime season ticketholder, on big game days you’ll find me tailgating with friends and supporting my favorite teams,” Emeril says. “I’m happy to team up again with our friends at the Palazzo to create the ultimate sports establishment. At Stadium, we’ll be serving serious food for serious fans.”

“Lagasse’s Stadium will be the ultimate sports bar and restaurant on the Strip,” said Rob Goldstein, president and COO of the Palazzo and The Venetian. “With its accessible location and unique design, it will provide sports enthusiasts a great location to kick back, relax and enjoy great food and beverages while watching their favorite sporting games and highlights on the big screens.”

*Beautiful model Joanna Krupa celebrated her Maxim cover at Lavo in the Palazzo. Joanna was joined by friends including Jenelle Moreno of Deal or No Deal, Pet Talk’s Harrison Forbes and the Alizma triplets. The group dined on an Italian feast, which included the Kobe Meatball, and enjoyed cosmopolitans and wine. After dinner, they headed upstairs to a VIP table on the dance floor for Grey Goose cocktails and Veuve Clicquot champagne and danced the night away to DJ Eric D Lux.
