Hey, Chris Martin, Gallagher wants his shirt back.

When a married headline actress is seen out and about with a wealthy, single, billionaire, playboy real estate mogul, it’s certain to make gossip headlines. Particularly when rumblings of marriage problems between Gwyneth Paltrow and Coldplay rocker-husband Chris Martin have been all the buzz. The couple, who have two children (Apple and Moses), haven’t been photographed together for many months.

While the rocker was on tour, Gwyneth turned up for a series of fun parties in Miami with our Vegas condo and hotel developer Jeff Sofer Jr. They were together at the sexy Victoria’s Secret fashion show in a private, roped-off VIP area. Jeff built the three Signature condo towers at MGM and has his new Fontainebleau resort casino under construction on the Strip between the Sahara and the Riviera hotels. He is the son of Turnberry developer Don Sofer.

My old friends at the New York Post’s Page Six column reported: Paltrow supposedly raised eyebrows because she went to the lusty lingerie show in Sofer’s newly renovated Fontainebleau hotel in Miami Beach -- instead of going to see her husband on tour. “Gwyneth flew down privately at the behest of Fontainebleau owner Jeff Sofer,” Page Six reported, adding, “The twosome have become very good friends recently.” It looks like Sofer definitely appeared to pull out all the stops, as only a billionaire can, to impress the stunning actress. He gave Paltrow a private tour of the hotel and then whisked her away in his Bentley. Next day she joined him on his yacht with her actress pal Kate Hudson, who split from her husband, The Black Crowes frontman Chris Robinson, last year.

Sofer, 36, lives a jet-set lifestyle and joined his father’s Turnberry Associates Co. in 1987. They own the giant, 785-unit Turnberry Village in Aventura, Fla. In addition to hotels in Florida and Nashville, plus shopping centers and more than 5,000 apartment units, Jeff is in charge of the Las Vegas developments.

Reports that Martin and Paltrow have been on the rocks for months have circulated in newspapers and magazines because they haven’t been seen together recently. Paltrow also looked “very, very thin” and “stressed out,” according to another Page Six witness. A representative for the actress confirmed to Page Six: “Jeff Sofer is a friend of Gwyneth’s.”

Vegas DeLuxe will watch this developing story in the event that Jeff and Gwyneth show up here in Las Vegas if the marriage to the rocker goes kaput!

It was the most memorable and bittersweet night in Las Vegas showbiz history last night, as three Strip shows came to an end simultaneously. Mamma Mia!, after nearly six years and 2,200-plus shows for 2 million ticket buyers, had its final curtain for the 30 cast members at Mandalay Bay. Stomp Out Loud was just two months short of two years at Planet Hollywood when it bid adieu, and Raw Talent Live at the Sahara decided to move on in another direction.
